Pay nothing. Our free ticketing service has no subscription fees, no payment processing charges - nothing.
Low booking fees. Our standard customer booking fee is 10% (including VAT), and this percentage is reduced further as the face value ticket price increases.
No surprises later. We don’t charge customers extra fixed fees such as 'delivery', 'handling' or 'service' charges. If you think you've found a company offering lower fees - check the small print!

Our standard customer booking fee is 10% (including VAT), and this percentage is reduced further as the face value ticket price increases. There are no other fixed fees such as ‘delivery’, ‘handling’ or ‘service’ charges. If you think you've found a company offering lower fees — check the small print!

You receive the full face-value ticket price unless you choose to subsidise the booking fee.

                            Example: a £10 ticket with a £1 booking fee.
                            With an external booking fee, the customer pays £11 and the total due to you is £10.
                            With a subsidised booking fee, the customer pays £10 and the total due to you is £9.
